Categories preferences

This section is divided into two separate sections, Category options and Page elements. For detailed description of General Category options please go to Manage categories section.

To access Page elements select the Preferences from the secondary navigation menu. New page will load containing the left hand navigation menu. From here select Categories and when its elements load on the right go to the Page elements tab.

Sections - Navigation

In this panel you will be offered to select navigation that will be used on your website.

To have horizontal navigation turn on the Display horizontal navigation (DHTML menu) option. To display vertical navigation, in the display box sections choose yes. You can turn on both navigations.

Article list - More News

More news section is positioned at the bottom of your home page and it contains quick links to recently posted articles organized by categories.

You can choose to show your latest items from a single category or multiple categories. To make multiple selections, hold down Ctrl key while making a category selection.

In the textbox enter the number of articles you want to be shown per individual category.
