====== Image Gallery ======
===== Description =====
This plug-in will allow you to add multiple images to an article and create article image galleries. Each article can have own dedicated gallery. Galleries are being displayed either in the article's body with the content wrapped around or in a box with thumbnails that enlarge on a click using Lightbox.
===== How to Install? =====
This plug-in comes with 4.1 installation package and is installed by default. Unless you uninstalled it you can skip installation process.
You need to access the Plug-ins section. Click on the Plug-ins link which is located in Main menu at the top of your administrator panel.

A list of all plug-ins currently registered to the system is displayed on the right hand side of the screen on **Downloaded plug-ins** tab.
To install Image Gallery plug-in you need to click on the install icon on the right side of the plug-ins name.

After you run the installation, you will be informed that the plug-in was successfully installed.

===== How to Uninstall? =====
To uninstall Image Gallery plug-in you need to click on the uninstall icon on the right side of the plug-in name.

You will be informed that the plug-in was successfully uninstalled and you may return to the Plug-ins page by clicking the link: Click here to return to Plug-in home page.

===== Access =====
The path to the Image Gallery plug-in:
Click on the Articles link (which is located in Main menu at the top of your administrator panel).
Choose Image Gallery tab when adding/editing an article.
===== User level =====
This plug-in can be accessed only by users belonging to groups that are allowed to manage Image Gallery plug-in.
===== Actions =====
You can manage your image galleries for each article separately. Just choose Image Gallery tab when add/edit an article.

You must save the article before you can add images and create article's gallery.
==== Add images to an article ====
On the Image gallery tab click on the **+Add new image** link and choose previously uploaded image file(s) that you want to include to that article.

You can browse through folders by selecting a folder or subfolder from the list on the left. By choosing some folder, a list of files this folder contains will appear on the right. Images are being selected with a single click. You can select multiple images from the same folder at the same time. Click on the **Add images** button and images will be added to the article.
When you are done with selection choose **Add images** button. Of course, you can later add more images to the same gallery.
Now chosen images are being added to the article.
You can anytime cancel the action by choosing Cancel link - the pop-up window will close then and images, if selected, will not be added to the article gallery.
You may also upload files from your hard drive and attach them to desired article. First select target folder from **Upload destination** drop-down list, then click on **Upload file**. Now select your local folder and choose images, then click Open to upload selected files. You can watch how the upload progresses.

After uploading images will be automatically added to the article's gallery.
==== Manage images ====
When added to an article, images are listed on Image gallery tab on the article editing page. You can use drag and drop to change their order, delete an image from the gallery or add Image Title and Description. Double-click an image to assign it Image Tittle and Description.

When you are done click on **Apply** button to save settings for the image.
To remove an image from a gallery just click Delete icon {{:user_manual:plugin-manual:image_gallery_icon_delete.jpg|Delete image}} on the top right corner of the image preview.
